Request an Architectural Proposal

If you’re interested in receiving a proposal for a fire rebuild, you can submit your information through this form and our team will follow up shortly with a customized proposal. This helps us understand your project and tailor our approach to your specific needs and goals.

Building Blocks is a community-based program that allows homeowners to sign up for pre-designed home plans and access cost savings through group participation. Once a minimum number of participants select the same plan, homes can be built with bulk discounts, helping streamline the rebuild process and reduce overall costs.

Collective O/R

Support disaster-affected homeowners and small businesses in rebuilding their communities with greater affordability, transparency, and care. Through a collaborative, community-driven approach, we provide guidance and advocacy that centers both individual needs and collective resilience, helping ensure rebuilding efforts remain authentic and rooted in the community.

The Hub

The Hub in Altadena is a community space created by CORE to support residents affected by the Eaton and Palisades fires throughout the rebuilding process. It provides access to financial assistance, legal and insurance guidance, vetted professionals, and one-on-one support through caseworkers. It also serves as a gathering space that fosters connection and reminds residents they are not navigating recovery alone. Located at 2333 Lake Ave, Suite 2A, Altadena, CA 91001.

Brass Tacks

Brass Tacks is a platform specifically designed to serve property owners who were impacted by the Eaton Fire. The platform allows owners to post their construction projects and receive competitive bids from qualified builders. They're available to help you find the right contractor at the right price, without the hassle.
